Four Course Beer Dinner with Platform Beer Co

Join us Wednesday, November 30 at 6:30 for our first beer dinner collaboration with Cleveland’s own Platform Beer Co!

Course 1:
Seared Sea Scallops in a sage brown butter with pine nuts and crispy prosciutto.
Paired with Speed Merchant IPA

Course 2:
Grilled Boar Sausage with oxtail pierogi, braised red cabbage, and whole grain mustard aioli.
Paired with New Cleveland Palesner

Course 3:
Buffalo Osso Bucco on a bed of butternut squash risotto with a Brussels Sprout Slaw.
Paired with Yammy Yammy sweet potato ale

Course 4:
Cedar Planked granny smith apple with a three year aged cheddar. Accompanied by vanilla ice cream and Snickerdoodle crumble.
Paired with Esther Christmas Ale

$50 per person, plus tax and gratuity
